Emilio, who is found in The Artists Guild in Britain, asks for "Prismatic Amber", this can be found at the Prism of Light. Pay the 10,000 gp to Lefty the Ticket Seller and enter. Proceed to the end of the cave until you get to the 2 holes. Take the left hole down and you will see an amber colored crystal. Double click this crystal to gather some into your backpack. Return to Emilio, mark the amber as a quest item, and speak with him. He now wants you to deliver a "Portrait Of the Bride" to his love in Nu'jelm. Accept the portrait and proceed to Nu'jelm. The bleach acts the same as the mini-artifact "Pigments Of Tokuno" and comes with 10 charges. Actually, it's more like the reverse of the "pigments of Tokuno" because it removes color from an item. Barbed leather becomes plain leather color, valorite armor becomes iron armor color, etc.
