The Fabled Fishing Net is the highest-end of the various fishing nets that can be obtained usinf the Fishing skill, and can be used to spawn monsters.
The Fabled Fishing Nets spawn the Leviathan, a very difficult-to-fight creature.
The Nets are known by their distinctive white color, and thus are often known as White Fishing Nets.
