Halloween Ghoul Statuette

The Halloween Ghoul Statuette was a special item that spawned in graveyards during Halloween 2006. It could be found on the corpses of red named monsters. There was an approximate 1 in 500 chance of getting one. Originally it only came in orange, but later on a black color was added.
It makes ghoul sounds and works like any other statuette.
Notes
- For several days it was quite easy to aquire these items due to the spawn being very weak
- The black statue is rarer because it was introduced later and was never available on easy spawn
