Kaelynna the Magery Instructor

Kaelynna the Magery Instructor is a NPC Magery trainer located on the second floor of the New Haven Magery School in New Haven. She provides training and offers a new player quest. She is also a vendor and sells several scrolls, potions, reagents, and various other magic related items.
