Kevin the Butcher is an NPC that is located in the town of Minoc, Trammel facet. He is part of the quest chain to earn a Cloak of Humility, which is a single piece of an Item Set called the Virtue Armor Set. To begin the quest, see Gareth the Emissary of the RBC.
