Lethal Poison is the highest level of poison. It is used only by characters with the highest Poisoning skill and or by certain monsters, such as Miasma.
Using bandages to cure Lethal Poison may require several attempts. Moderately high levels of Chivalry can almost ensure a cure with the spell Cleanse by Fire. Typically, the Magery spell Arch Cure does very well against it.
