Located at the North West end of Moonglow’s main island, the Lycaeum is a place of study. Within its serene walls numerous scribe NPCs dutifully tend to their works. In addition to the many scribes and a few naturalists, the following reside at the Lycaeum:
- Fabrizio The Master Weaponsmith - Gentle Blade Quest Giver
- Wexton The Apprentice
- Darius the Wise - Human to Elf Quest Giver

The cannon and several medics were tasked to the Command Post when the Lycaeum was overrun by Dark Wisps. The use of such heavy weaponry was warranted because of the enhanced nature of the invaders. Whileparagon monsters are often seen in Ilshenar, the 2007 invasion featured Paragon Dark Wisps on Verity Isle.
