Medusa's Mirror is a special item that spawned on Purple Turtle Medusas on the special Shard of the Dead II. In the guide on UO.com about Shard of the Dead II it was revealed that the mirror can be used as a weapon against the medusa. If you have it equiped and are not turned to stone, there is a chance the stone gaze attack will be reflected and kill her immediatly.
