The Minotaur Spawn in Labyrinth Dungeon is the only known Champion Spawn without an altar. (See Champion Spawn Altars. Simply by killing spawn near the back of the dungeon, stronger spawn will appear. Each time the spawn levels there is a system message saying, "A minotaur captain barks an order to his fellow scouts, "Aid the others! Kill the invaders!"". Eventually Meraktus the Minotaur appears.
