Pepta's Satiety Cure is a quest reward item for completing the I Think I Overate quest given out by Pepta the Royal Tastetester in Castle Britannia's kitchen. It first appeared with Publish 55.

It is Blessed and comes with 10 uses. Each use ostensibly allows the character to eat more food. Given that this first appeared after, and makes mention of, the Royal Council Massacre, it could potentially have a greater future use or purpose.
