The Pigments of Tokuno are used to dye magical items (such as weapons and armor). They were obtained during the Treasures of Tokuno events and are classified as a Major Tokuno Artifact.
The metalic dye collection came with 10 uses per item. Ultima Online Japan lets you purchase these with 50 charges instead.
