The Pigments of Tokuno are used to dye magical items (such as weapons and armor). They were obtained during the Treasures of Tokuno events and are classified as a Major Tokuno Artifact. They were unavailable during the third such event.
The metalic dye collection came with 10 uses per item. Ultima Online Japan lets you purchase these with 50 charges instead, with the exception of the Subdued Coal colour.
