The Pixie Swatter is a Minor Artifact scepter obtainable from Ilshenar Paragons.
It does Fire Damage, and has Swing Speed Increase. It also has a poison area effect, and is thus considered useful at Champion Spawns.
It is the only item as of the time of writing, early 2008, to spawn with the Fey slayer property.
