Power Scrolls are obtained from champion spawns in Felucca.
They increase the maximum for a specified skill from 100 to either 105, 110, 115, or 120.
"Wondrous" scrolls increase the maximum to 105.
"Elder" scrolls to 110.
"Mythical" to 115.
And "Legendary" to 120, the highest any skill can go.
Power Scrolls exist for most skills in the game.
Certain crafting skill power scrolls are obtained not from champion spawns, but from bulk order deeds.
