Sutek the Mage
Sutek the Mage is a powerful mage who can be found in his lab south of Cavern of the Discarded inside the Stygian Abyss Dungeon. He used to be found about Moonglow and Lycaeum. According to Wexton the Apprentice, he is as powerful as Nystul, Kronos and Anon as a mage.
He gives the Perfect Timing quest in which you need to gather the required parts from his lab and obtain 1 Completed Clockwork Assembly in order to get the Mechanical Life Manual. This manual is needed to make Clockwork Scorpion Assembly, Leather Wolf Assembly and Vollem Assembly using Tinkering.
