Is it confirmed that Focus attack gives HCI? The ingame descriptions say: "Increase both your damage and the percentage chance for 'hit' properties on your weapon for one attack". Sound to me like it is more likely that my hit lightning and such on the weapon will actually strike. -- Merion 23:29, 24 January 2010 (UTC)
