Should Publish 60.1 be considered it's own Publish or an update of Publish 60?

Seems they've(devs or Chrissay?) either forgotten or have forsaken the nomenclature of publishes after years of good practice.

Additionally, there are client changes pushed out, but theyre indicated as part of the publish.

Since we went with Publish 58.8 as it's own Publish, I'll follow that and add Publish 60.1 as it's own Publish
