This is a template to color links.

{{ColoredLink | Page | Text | color=000000}}

ColoredLink = Name of this template
Page = The actual page to be linked to.
Text = Optional parameter which determines the text displayed as the link. Default is the value of "Page".
Color = Optional named parameter which determines the text color. Default is black (000000).
