Thorvald's Medallion is a decorative artifact that is a rare spawn on hydras in the Blighted Grove, particularly on Abscess. It is a light source when locked down in a house.
It uses the same graphic as several Category:Tokens, and has no current, known use. (Unlike some of the other mostly decorative artifacts, such as Thrasher's Tail and Abcess's Tail which are Quest items.)
