The Treasures of Tokuno was an event that occurred twice.
For two defined time periods, minor artifacts would spawn on any creature in the Tokuno Islands except for cranes. These minor artifacts could be turned in to an NPC called the Imperial Trade Minister, in the city of Zento. Players could obtain 1 major artifact for every 10 minor artifact turned in.
