The Lexicon of Juo'nar could be obtained as a reward in Treasures of the Archlich event. It looks like a corrupted chivalry book (in grey) instead of a coloured spellbook.
In fact, it holds 10 spells on it, not 64 and if the player tries to open it, he will get an open chivalry book image. Characters need a full spellbook in their backpack for casting all the magery spells.
