About this new program

I am always digging around the web looking for new UO websites. It is sad to see so many offline and gone. When I was making the Movies page I was shocked to learn that "A Dog" was unavailable. So I am starting this program in the hopes it will help save some website content. The guidelines need a bit of work. - JC the Builder 14:43, 3 July 2010 (UTC)
