Hello and welcome to UOGuide! I've reverted your edit on the inscription article since there is currently no official statement about the odds of adding item properties to spellbooks that is based on the Magery skill from the game developers, either on the official website or posted by the developers to forums like Stratics. I'm not sure where you got that information from this edit: http://www.uoguide.com/index.php?title=Inscription&diff=prev&oldid=61613 but if this is from a free shard or from an emulator program, we cannot accept it since uoguide only contains information from the original shards.
