It can be found as loot in Dragon Nests, from the Dragon Matriarch or the Broodmother.

The Mature Dragon Egg, when double-clicked, becomes a Juvenile Umbrascale, a ridable dragon in a variety of hues. It requires Grandmaster Animal Taming to claim.
