A Dev finally spilled the beans on the exploding tar potion. It is a "forced walk" potion. I imagine it is good for PvP or maybe for races in Tram, or perhaps to even slow down that new UWF member running past paragons, lol. I tried once a month (since it came out) to figure out how to use those...but all my test victims were stationary and I kept trying to light them with fireballs and torches and such.
