A Golden Runic Hammer is both a melee weapon and a Blacksmith reward. As a reward, use of the Hammer during crafting allows a Blacksmith to create magic, or modified, armor and weapons. The number of mods and the intensity of such mods depends on the ore type of the hammer used; the "higher" the ore type, the better the resultant item. Golden Runic Hammers impart 3 to 4 properties with an intensity range between 60% to 100%. All Golden Runic Hammers have 30 charges when new.
