Quell is a replica EM Bardiche, and as such is a Two-Handed Weapon for Swordsmanship practitioners. The Champion Spawn Artifact replica was introduced on December 18, 2008. They may randomly spawn in a character's backpack who has secured looting rights on Twaulo of the Glade of the Twisted Glade Spawn, which is located in the Twisted Weald in Ilshenar.
