The Rifted Crown released the summer of 2025 as part of Publish 120. It consists of 5 phases with each phase needing to be complete before the next phase will begin.

The Siege

The Siege is phase 1 of the event, requiring players to break down defensive barriers. Random spawn will pop up when walking close to the barrier.

The goal is to break down the barriers utilizing crafted items.

You will require about 4 Barrel's of Explosives (200 bombs), 3 to 4 Siege Deployment Kits and 10 to 11 Siege Ammunition Kits.

Step 1: Break through the two barriers on the bridge.

  • Barrel of Explosives: Alchemy - Found under 'Explosives' (50% success rate at GM).
    • Black Powder
    • Fuse Cord
    • Crystalline Blackrock
    • Reinforced Barrel - A carpentry made item
      • 100 Boards
      • 10 Ingots
      • 50 Cloth

Each barrel comes with 50 Pyroclastic Bombs, which have a life of 3600 seconds. Double click the barrel to receive a Bomb. Double click the bomb and select the barrier. (Took 100 bombs to break the first barrier, you need to break through 2 barriers on the bridge). Random spawn will pop up and attack near the barrier while using the bombs. You will receive random pieces of rubble in your pack.

Step 2: Utilize catapults to destroy the entry barrier.

  • Siege Deployment Kit: Carpentry Found under the last page of 'Other' 3
    • 200 Boards
    • 100 Ingots
    • 50 Cloth
  • Siege Ammunition Kit: Blacksmith Found under the last page of 'Miscellaneous' 11
    • 100 Ingots
    • 50 Boards
    • 10 Crystalline Blackrock
    • A small piece of blackrock

The Siege Deployment Kit creates a catapult(the catapult has a 9 minute life span); the Siege Ammunition Kit is 10 ammo for the catapult. With your multiple Seige Deployment Kits and Siege Ammunition Kits double click the Siege Control Console. Load the catapult and then fire the catapult. While using the catapult, random spawn will appear that you must defend from. Spawn will come from red fiery looking moongates, destroying these will lessen the spawn.

The Assult is phase 2 of the event, requiring players to defeat 9 commanders.

Once you have broken the gate into Mistas you must defeat the 9 commanders inside. Shadow reavers are spawning within the city.
