A Blue Fancy Rug is a House Add-on that comes from using a Heritage Token. It was one of the early buyer rewards for the 9th Anniversary. Double-click the deed and target the ground where you want it to sit.

Notes

• Takes up 3x3 tiles
• Use an Axe to turn it back into a deed
