The Interior Decorator tool is an item that allows a homeowner to raise, lower, and turn locked-down items. They can be obtained from NPC Architects in most carpentry shops in town for a cost of about 10,000 gold. This tool invaluable when decorating a house. Some glass blown items can be changed in color by using an interior decorator tool on them.
