Thomas Winters is the character of the Lake Superior Event Moderator, Glamdring.

When Glamdring shows up as Thomas Winters to run an event, as opposed to as Glamdring, the event is usually going to be in-character and is generally going to have a plot with specific tasks that have to be performed.

Thomas Winters served on the Ruling Council.

He was sometimes referred to by players as "Prime Minister Thomas Winters."
