Lorekeeper Broolol the Keeper of Tradition is an NPC quest giver that is located in the City of Heartwood.

Bullish (part 3)	Obtain 20 gaman horns and deliver them to Braen the Thaumaturgist	Knowledge of the Legendary Minotaur
Lost Civilization (part 4)	Obtain 3 minotaur artifacts, then return to Braen the Thaumaturgist	Knowledge of the Legendary Minotaur

You can find the map fragment on corpses of red healers, Priest of Mondain. One place to find multiple red healers is in the Healer's Grove on the Ilshenar facet.
The map fragment found for Part 1 will work also for Part 2. You will only need to locate one map fragment, not two.
