You can find Minotaur Artifacts in the Labyrinth Dungeon.
They are found sitting on the grand in random locations. its often easier to see them if you use the (CTRL + Shift) hot key. as they are often hitdden buy building or look like part of the decorations.
Used in the Lorekeeper Broolol the Keeper of Tradition Lost Civilization Quest.
