The Orc Chief Helm is a Champion Spawn Artifact, specifically a Replica.

As the name might suggest, it is an Orc Helm.

Like all Replicas, the Orc Chief Helm began as an item available as a reward from an EM Event. Rares collectors have stated on message boards that 2 versions originally existed, one with 30% Hit Chance Increase and another with 30 Hit Point Increase. Thus far, only the former variety has been spotted as Replica.

The Orc Chief Helm is light green originally, and has the following stats:

Self Repair 5
Hit Point Regeneration 3
Luck 100
Hit Chance Increase 30
Resists of 30, 1, 23, 3, 5
