The stats on the page are for the actual Orc Chieftain Helm. The image is of the replica. Presumably they are both correct.

(Replicas tend to differ from their parent items, and not just in terms of durability. I've been meaning to go through and edit all the replica pages to reflect this (and to standardise categories blah blah blah), but I've decided to wait until there's a bit more information on how many replicas actually exist).
