This article stated earlier that this hat has two random properties. I dont see where you got this from.. I've checked various vendors all over the realm (and the two hats that I own myself), and it's more or less clear to me that they don't have random properties.

I can remember that this hat were changed sometime after it was released in the game, but also then the hat had static item properties (+10 fencing and +10 archery if I remember correctly).

Yup the page seems correct now based on a search of all pirate hats for sale at luna vendors (not mentioning the name of the website in case we're not supposed to like on stratics...) Geoffb 01:58, 8 April 2009 (UTC)

Where the page says you can "still get the old version", does it mean "off other players", or does it mean chests/leviathans still produce them on occasion?
