Tome of Lost Knowledge

The Tome of Lost Knowledge is a light blue spellbook that was introduced with the Treasures of Tokuno events. It is classified as a Greater Artifact, which could only be earned by turning in 10 of the Lesser Artifacts. It is one of the more popular Tokuno artifacts due to its high property intensities and combinations, which also makes it one of the more valuable.
