- September 30 - A 'reward for content' plan is being tested, for more details click here
- August 29 - Page 1337 created: Client Patch 4.0.0c created by Cogniac
- July 29 - Top 10 content pages for July has been posted
- May 28 - UOGuide's 1000th page created: Dryad, created by Sarphus
- April 30 - Due to spammer issues, account registration is now required to add or edit pages
- February 25 - The server host has been having domain and power issues lately. Things should clear up very soon.
- January 22 - Site has been upgraded to the latest version of Mediawiki. Please report any bugs you encounter.
- January 18 - UOForums has interview UO developer Draconi.
- January 5 - Two new sections have been added to the front page: one for upcoming events and a poll.
- December 31 - UOForums has been gracious enough to host a discussion board for UOGuide. A permanent link has been added in the main menu.
