Verite Runic Hammer

A Verite Runic Hammer is both a melee weapon and a Blacksmith reward. As a reward, use of the Hammer during crafting allows a Blacksmith to create magic, or modified, armor and weapons. The number of mods and the intensity of such mods depends on the ore type of the hammer used; the "higher" the ore type, the better the resultant item. Verite Runic Hammers impart 4 to 5 properties with an intensity range between 70% to 100%. All Verite Runic Hammers have 20 charges when new.
