Hallowed Spellbook
The Hallowed Spellbook is a quest reward for successful completion of Scribing Arcane Knowledge New Player Quest, which is given by Jillian the Inscription Instructor who is located at the New Haven magery school. The book comes with 34 spells, including all spells of circle 1 to 4 and two circle 5 spells.
