Lower Requirements

The Lower Requirements property directly affects the Strength Requirement on the item. It lowers the overall weight of an item by the percentage given.

A Lower Requirements intensity of 100% means that the item has no Strength Requirement.

This property is commonly found on items intended for new players or on promotional items. For example, the Royal Leggings of Embers has a Lower Requirement of 100% so that anyone can wear them.
