Necklace of Diligence (Intelligence Bonus 5, Mana Regeneration 1)

can be obtained by completing the quest “The Arisen”. You can get the quest from Naxatilor the Seer inside the Holy City south east of the Royal City. The quest is to kill any 10 gargoyles inside or outside of the Tomb of King.

These quests will not be offered to characters that have completed Garamon’s quest.
