| Description
| When cast, all enemies within range of the caster will be dealt energy damage. If one of the victims is casting a spell and is interrupted, they will recieve a Faster Casting Recovery penalty for a minumum of 5 seconds. The Resisting Spells skill can help prevent the casting recovery penalty from occuring.
