One of several magical jewels that can be crafted by Tinkers, these rings will always boast certain properties.

Note that the random properties can stack with those that are guaranteed. This allows crafting a ring with e.g. Damage Increase 36%.

75.0 Tinkering

Components:

• 5 Ingots
• 20 Amethysts
• 10 Turquoise

Properties

• 1-4 random properties (up to 90% intensity), AND
• Always one of the following:

Damage Increase 15%

Swing Speed Increase 5% (Rare)
