Elder Dugan the Prospector is the leader of the Society of Ariel Haven which is the Human Encampment inside the Underworld. He gives the Missing quest in which you need to find the fate of four missing adventurers to get a Candlewood Torch as a reward and Ending the Threat quest in which you need to slay 10 gray goblins to get a bag of treasure as a reward.
