One of several magical jewels that can be crafted by Tinkers, these bracelets will always boast certain properties.
Note that the random properties can stack with those that are guaranteed.

75.0 Tinkering
Components:
- 5 Ingots
- 20 Rubies
- 10 Fire Rubies
Properties
- 1-5 random properties (up to 75%??? intensity)
- Always one of the following:
- Fire Resist 10%
- Hit Point Regeneration +2 (Rare)
