Katrina's Crook is a Shepherd's Crook that can be obtained by slaying monsters in the Anti-Virtue Dungeons. Having killed enough creatures, a random Virtue Artifact will be placed directly into your backpack with the following system message:
"For your valor in defeating the fallen creature, you have been rewarded with a special artifact."
Although it is technically a level 11 artifact (the highest being 12), it not terribly valuable due to the low difficulty involved in acquiring it.
Katrina was one of the companions of the Avatar in the original Ultima games.
