Phillip's Wooden Steed is a horse statuette classified as a Traditional Minor Artifact. It can be obtained by either killing Paragons/Leviathans or by extracting chests located via Level 6 (Ingeniously Drawn) or Level 7 (Diabolically Drawn) Treasure Maps.

When locked down in a house and enabled via its context menu, it will make horse noises at passersby.

As of Publish 57 it is a component in the Hitching Post (replica).
