With regard to IDOC raffles...

  • Is winner selection random?
  • Does each ticket represent one entry into the drawing?
  • Do additional tickets increase the probability of winning, and if so, how?
  • Are all eligible accounts treated equally apart from ticket ownership?
  • Are there any additional factors that influence winner selection?

Answer

Bleak:

  • Yes.
  • Not exactly. A ticket is more like adding weight to your name in the drawing, rather than adding a separate identical paper ticket.
  • Yes. Buying more tickets makes your name heavier in the draw, so it is more likely to be picked. But each extra ticket helps a little less than the one before it, like stacking weights where the first few matter most.
  • Eligible accounts are treated the same apart from their participation weight.
  • No, only participation weight.

Regular PvP Updates

Question

Will there be regular (every publish going forward) pvp updates and new rewards for pvp activities?

Answer

Kyronix: We don't plan on including updates / balancing changes to PvP in every publish. These changes require quite a bit of feedback and iteration and ultimately we need to allow time for them to exist on production before seeing the full impact of the changes. If there are specific PvP related feedback changes you'd like to see, you can always suggest them in discord in the feedback channels. With regard to rewards, we look at providing a wide selection of rewards as often as we can, including PvP favorable ones!

Spritelight Mushrooms

Question

Do the spritelight mushrooms spawn on the ground with their already determined properties (ex. Rare, exotic, mythic)? Or do they RNG upon harvesting?

Answer

Parallax: The rarity of the mushrooms are determined when they are identified. Until then, the only identifying traits that are pre-determined at spawn is the base mushroom type (Pine Bolete, Inky Cap, Toadstool, etc.), as well as the color.

Mature Eggs and Server Population

Question

Does the chance for Mature eggs have anything to do with server population?

Answer

Parallax: No, server population does not influence the drop chance of Mature Umbrascale Eggs.

Colossal Toadstool Rarity

Question

Colossal Mushroom hue Guide/Rare and non-rare colors, can we get one please?

Answer

Parallax: There are 3 tiers of hue rarity for Colossal Toadstools.

  • Common Hues: 2 - 301
  • Uncommon Hues: 1287, 2729, 2752, 2755, 2721, 2759, 2781, 2756, 2498
  • Rare Hues: 1060, 1064, 1098, 1584
