Talk:Sanctuary

Following the mountain range south of the entrance to Sanctuary is a cave entrance, and within the title bars of NPC miners can be seen. However, the cave entrance is blocked, and I've been unable to get inside on my particular shard (Oceania). Does anyone have any info on how access is obtained?
